The women over email was incredibly rude to me and the address for the Braamfontein branch when inputted into both google maps and uber brings you to the wrong place.

We apologise for the inconveniences experienced while collecting your rental.
We can confirm that all details supplied for collection, including contact number and address for the branch, was correct and have been re-confirmed by the branch itself.
Unfortunately neither us nor the Supplier are able to provide feedback for the location not being 100% accurate on the GPS.
With regards to the service and communication received from your consultant, we will go through all correspondence and address any concerns with the relevant consultant in order to improve the level of service we provide our clients.
The process of booking the vehicle and then subsequent communication were efficient and easy. Leon in particular was a great help.

We apologise for the inconveniences experienced during your rental, unfortunately this is the first we have been informed of the state of the vehicle or any problems pertaining to it.
We take all feedback very seriously and will contact the Supplier to request more details on the vehicle to enable us to address any problems with them directly. Even though the 4x4's take a bit more strain on the road extra care is taken to keep the vehicles well maintained and to a certain standard.
We will be in touch with you directly once we have received the vehicle report from our Supplier.
