We appreciate the input and we have to apologise for the back and forth between consultants. This will be addressed with the relevant persons to improve our level of service and we thank you for bringing this to our attention.
With regards to the cancellation policies I'm sure you can understand that these need to be in place, as we in turn are billed by our Suppliers when there are cancellations. Vehicles are removed from their fleet list once confirmed and they are therefore not able to sell these vehicles.
This cancellation policy, which also includes specific mention to validity of drivers licences, are provided to all our clients in our correspondence.
We again apologise for the experience you've had and hope that we have cleared up any concerns

With the 4x4 Suppliers the time frame to release the deposits are slightly longer than with normal car rentals as there are a lot of additional checks to be done upon return to ensure all is in order and the contract can be closed off.
This particular Supplier releases the deposits within 21-30 working days of the rental termination.
We can see that they are currently in correspondence with you regarding the vehicle and have also advised on the deposit release date.
