Hi there, when purchasing a Dreamsaver policy, there may be the option to select additional cover options by payment of an additional premium, by selecting the tick boxes next to your desired add-on.
At this stage it is important to click the ‘Re-Quote’ button after making your selection, otherwise your policy requirements will not be updated and added to your policy. Additional options added will be updated in the ‘Your Summary’ section on the right-hand side of the page. This is why the price of your policy remained unchanged throughout your online process. Obviously you were not charged for these additional options initially.
We are pleased that this was resolved with a quick call to our office, ensuring that you purchased the cover that you need. Best wishes for your upcoming wedding!
