Hi there,
You should have received two emails post-purchase. One will have had your payment receipt and the other will have contained your certificate attachment. We have now resent this email to you.
If you do not receive this, please check your Spam and Junk folders. If you still have not received the email, please send an email to enquiries@voyagerins.com and we will send you a paper copy by post.

Think you missed my point; or maybe I didn't put it clear enough.
I received the emails post-purchase.
My point was that it think I would have preferred to receive my certificate as a pdf attachment to the email which looks more professional when printed, rather that an email which is my certificate.
