Can't fault service or product although for the £10 additional "bulky item"...

Can't fault service or product although for the £10 additional "bulky item" shipping charge I would have like an idea on time to expect delivery.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately the physical size of the goods that we send severely restricts our choice of carriers - we have to use trade suppliers with large vehicles such as Tuffnells whose tracking systems are not yet as well developed as the more "retail" carriers who use small vans. The good news is that Tuffnells recognise this as a weakness and are working on it. The additional £10 charge is purely used to cover some (but not all) of the additional carriage costs that we incur for sending larger goods. I am glad that you were pleased with our goods and service and I hope that we can be of assistance to you again in the future.
