Poor delivery late and haphazard
The delivery was poor by uk mail and the outside of the packaging was stained as though it had got wet
On opening it in front of the delivery man I was relieved to see all was fine

The staff are always so pleasant and helpful. I live a long way from the mill but they still manage to deliver within day or two and the packaging is very good. The flours are lovely great quality...

Your flour makes beautiful loaves and I would go nowhere else to buy it. Full marks from us all.
My daughter and I use your strong flour for the family breadmaking. Very good flour and service excellent. Was surprised delivery price gone up since last delivery but we are happy with our loaves....

Thank you for the feedback. We have not put our delivery prices up for more than 5 years. The delivery price can be confusing as it is worked out according to box weight. Up to 19kg is £6.35 per box and 20 to 30kg is £3.00.Gluten free products now have to be made in a gluten free building to be safe unfortunately we do Not have one.

Just had another thought. Quite a few people find that eating bread with lower gluten content can help with health problems. French bread flour and our plain flour have much lower gluten content. Our plain flour will work in a bread machine or you can use it to make soda bread.
