Hi there, thank you for your review and I'm sorry you were not satisfied with the service you received. Your order was delivered to you 3 days after the 25 working day lead time. Whilst I appreciate this is slightly beyond the quoted lead time, as explained in our conversation on the phone, the shipment of stock was delayed entering the country, and this had a knock-on effect getting your order out to you. Whilst we do everything we can to get orders out within the quoted lead times, sometimes last-minute delays happen that are out of our hands and unfortunately, it will take a little longer for your order to reach you. We will contact customers as soon as we are made aware of these issues, but sometimes they can occur quite last minute, as was the case here. I appreciate a goodwill gesture was discussed, however, upon checking your order we saw a maximum discount had already been applied to your order and so we are unable to apply any further discount.
