Hi there, thank you for your review and feedback. We've opened an investigation into the reasons behind the errors found on your order, however for us to be able to examine the issues we need the blinds to be returned to us in the same condition that they arrived and with them being in use for several weeks, this is unlikely to be the case. For clarity, the first set of blinds was rejected and we sent you a set of remade blinds as quickly as possible. A third remake would have been sent to you with an even higher level of checking taking place. I apologise for the inconvenience and for the problems that these blinds encountered, but we're unable to wait 3-4 weeks for your new blinds to arrive from elsewhere whilst you are using the rejected blinds in the meantime.
