We send our apologies that you didn't find our service satisfactory. The image that is on our website store has been supplied to us directly from PADI. They have not updated their images. We strive to supply our customers with the latest materials. In this case the version that you are requiring has been discontinued by PADI however the product numbers have remained the same. It is unfortunate that we had an image of the old version and were only able to supply the up to date version of the log book. If you had contacted us directly with this complaint we would have offered a full refund. If you return the logbooks to us we will make a full refund. Apologies for any inconvenience.
