Thank you for your feedback. Im sorry that our service did not live up to your expectation. However we did state in our Christmas shipping that we would be closed over Christmas, and all Christmas period standard delivery orders would be shipped in the week of the 5th January when we reopened, and we delivered all Christmas orders in that week. As a result of your feedback we have changed our shipping emails to hopefully clarify these matters in the future.
