HolidayMax™ & Discover Australia Holidays レビュー

Trying to book my holiday was a forgettable experience, unhelpful staff, lack of attention to detail, unwillingness to impart information and lack of follow up.

We had questions and also wanted somethings different to the package offered. We were accommodated at every request and each commitment to reply with further information was met.

At first thought the site was easy to follow for a beginner. After reading it I then rang discover aust.to make sure it was all clear. I proceeded to book everything then wondered how I would...

no major problems, did have to ask a few questions which I thought might have been fed to me during conversations

The quoted price was not available and they just send the normal price for a holiday. They did not say in their cover letter that there were only a few seats available at that price for each train....

It was good that I didn't have to use my credit card detail on the computer and that I could do it on the phone. It felt much safer

Natasha was very pleasant and very efficient.

all things considered it was an easy process.

Quite easy to use. Happy with the service :)

The booking at long distance was great. Maybe you would like a feedback closer to the holiday time after all the paper work is done??
