Horrible and time consuming

Sort out computer errors. Both passenger names inputted yet both boarding passes in one name only - sharp practice as initially it seemed it would take £49 from me to rectify. Stressful and...

Dear Mr & Mrs C, Thanks for your feedback. I can see that you made your own booking online. I note from your booking form that you either booked both passengers with the same first and surname or your Chrome settings have overwritten the details from a previously saved entry. easyJet should not have charged you to amend your error.
