Absolutely disgusting service, payment not received by the hotel
Disgusted and embarrassed as payment not received by the hotel, kept waiting with 4 children until matter resolved.

Very good experience
Phoned for advice on a stay and cruise for 2022 asked for a lot of specific requirements ie Hotel balcony cabin specific flights etc nothing was too much trouble for Mat he answered every question...

Your staff were easy to get hold of by phone and they provided an efficient and friendly customer interface. In my case it was Samantha who was incredibly helpful.
