Phoned for a quote which was the best quote we had for two hotels in Dubai. Kirsty was so nice to talk to on the phone. Booked holiday and received all the documents quickly. Excellent service.

Still trying to get an email response 2 weeks later. Called customer service an they said can’t deal over the phone and to email them.

Great deals but customer service is not very good, I tried to call about my booking but had to listen to a recording and could not get any answers from them. This was after I received an email...

Initially I booked online. Had to ring direct to make amendments. Spoke to Shauna who was absolutely amazing and sorted everything out for me. Great customer service. She is an asset to the company.

Great knowledge of the product - great service from Chris, answered all of my questions with a superior understanding of the resort and hotel that I was interested in.

Excellent service form start to finish. Instant confirmation and great prices. Would use again and recommend to others.

The service seemed very streamlined and the price competitive, my only criticism is that it wasn’t clear regarding cancellation policy.
