However, we can see that our customer service team have pursued this and now achieved better outcome. They will be in touch via normal channels to advise you. I have now been informed that a refund will be organised. I am grateful this has been pursued and this has impressed me following an initial disappointment, thank you to the team. We travel frequently and I would use Destinology again following this outcome.
