I wanted to upgrade my accommodation, e- mailed details but not received a response. I don’t believe I should chase to get things done.

Professional and friendly service .
The whole booking service was a very pleasant experience. Tracey was very professional and did her jo. With a smile . Went to so much trouble to make sure everything was correct .
