Llewys was very professional, patient and attentive from the very start of my holiday enquiry. I had lots of questions to which he answered fully. I would definitely recommend this company!

Professional and helpful
Had some issues with my original booking due to my mistake. Helped by Debbie in Customer Services. Issue was resolved with an amended booking by Lisa.

Great customer service
Phoned up to add on transfers for my holiday to Dubai and Ras Al Khiamah. The girl I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and patient and my transfers got added on free of charge. Happy days
