Hello we are sorry you have experienced a delay beyond your expectation in relation to communication and will look into this. We do not see any emails from your address held in the booking sent to our public customer services accounts and if this has instead been sent to one of our consultants, they are not always on shift or may require time to obtain information needed to respond.

Independently check any hotel booked
Check the hotels where you book passengers. The Hotel Windsor in Valetta Malta was allegedly rated 4 star in Malta but on search sites rated 2.5 ... the hotel lift button did not work on level 4......

We expect customers to establish that a property meets their needs before booking and has been researched. You will know from booking online that we advise that the property detail is provided by the supplier and the grading is also in accordance with their own grading systems which may vary by supplier. We are pleased that the hotel assisted you with the issues since we note that you did not contact us to report any concerns at the time.
