Paul we are sorry for this mistake and understand you had emailed a consultant who was on annual leave which compounded our response timescale for which we apologise. Our customer service team do otherwise have their own timescales for response which are on their auto reply to manage your expectation. However, we understand the matter is now resolved for you.

Yes I emailed a consultant who was on annual leave, but he had an auto responder so I then emailed your customer service on more than one occasion as I knew I wouldn’t get a reply from the initial consultant. I heard nothing back from you for a week until his holiday was over. This was stressful and poor customer service. I didn’t get any response from your main customer service so their response times in my experience were never.

Poor attention to detail
Put incorrect destination and refused to change hotel voucher to show what we had booked which is half board dine around. This could cause issues on arrival at the hotel. I would like the voucher...

Avoid booking with this company!

We regret the difficulty you mention in using your credit, you were entitled to that and we apologise. We will ensure our current staff are aware of the process which arose some time ago due to initial onset of Covid and lockdown of which they may not have fully known.
