When I tried to contact customer services It was very difficult to get find the right place to make the complaint and I kept being diverted to the troubleshooting pages and so I gave up.

For milk preparation the end temperature is super important, when milk exceeds 70 degrees the fat it contains begins to separate and this leads to a loss of texture.

Thanks, the coffee temperature is hot but when making a latte which contains lots of milk it makes the drink cold. It is well below 70 degrees.
