they renewed my insurance even though I had cancelled this . I did not want worldwide insurance just for Europe. I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED A money off VOUCHER from them for purchasing insurance.
Simple to use website, competitive premiums, gift card bonus.

I was able to get coverage for my minor medical conditions by filling in an online questionnaire, unlike most insurers that require a phone call. The additional fee for these was modest.

Easy to order and discount easily applied. Have not yet been on holiday so cannot comment on their service when making a claim
