I have been waiting since 11th February 2022 for my garage door to be repaired.
Every time I call the company to get an update on when the repair can be started I am told someone will call me back....

I will believe this when I finally hear from somebody in authority at Dawes Doors. I am assuming this firm is a subsidiary of Wudhus Ltd whose engineer Chris first came to examine the job.
He seemed more interested in my classic cars within the garage than in getting on with the quote for doing the repair.
If the repair is too difficult then refund my deposit and I will find some other firm to do the job.
To have to wait six months without updating me is inexcusable and I really am fed up with the way this firm has treated me.
