Fast effective repair, good communication.
The Engineer arrived on the day I expected and the company kept me well updated on when he would likely arrive.
Gary had the problem diagnosed quickly (a reset to repair) and sorted within the hour....

Expensive but a good service
A really good service, fast, efficient and helpful. Maybe a bit on the pricey side. £200 for 40 mins work and no parts required. Still, the job is done, so we can't complain too much.
