Very good, except having supplied my mobile number the engineer was given my landline number and as the incoming number was marked "nuisance?" it was not answered.

Only hot 4 out of 5 as booked for 8am to 1pm and turned up at 2.15 with no warning or phone call till 15 min before. Technician was good and helpful.

Great efficient hob done
