I'm so sorry to hear this feedback. Ellace is one of our bestsellers and we haven't heard this feedback before. Maybe you could try something with a laminate cup like Cascade or a firmer mesh like Portia? Ellace has proved very popular due to it's stretch top cup - it helps as your breast size changes throughout the month.

Can I ask when you were last fitted and where?

Poor

I have found CK are the only bras and swim wear I can wear due to my shape and chest size. I wore my purchase twice and the strap snapped!! I emailed over a week ago and I'm still awaiting a...
