The stitching was unprofessional and lining was cheap and hard which made the overall curtain look bad quality

I'm sorry you are unhappy with these. We do not put the hooks in as the position varies depending on how they are being hanged. We try to make the instructions as simple as possible whilst covering all the details. The joins on pain fabric will be more noticeable but when hanging they tend to blend in. I'm not sure what you mean by uneven pleats. If there is an issue with them then please get in touch directly and we will sort it out for you.

Hello. I'm sorry you are unhappy with the curtains. We do say on the website that these are unlined but made of blackout fabric instead. We could have hand sewn the hems if you has asked for an extra charge but they will be machined as standard.
