Thank you for your comments. I am sorry to hear that some of the buttons were damaged and that you felt the coasters were not as advertised. We are currently checking our stock of coasters against the picture given, and will pass the information onto our Head Office for review. The damaged buttons indicates they have been damaged in transit, and we have raised an internal investigation with our courier. Please return the item to us and we can request a replacement for you.
