I am very sorry to hear that your delivery has been delayed. After looking into your order, I can confirm that the item left us for delivery on the 23rd of February.
We aim to deliver to UK addresses within 3 working days and I am sorry this has not been done. I have tracked the order with the delivery company and it seems there was a problem at their depot which has led to the delay. I can confirm that the parcel was loaded onto the delivery van today, so you should receive the order today. If there is no-one at home, the courier company will leave a calling card.
Once again, I am sorry the delivery was delayed and the disappointment was caused. I will be chasing the matter up with the delivery company to investigate what went wrong at the depot. I do hope you are happy with the quality of the products when received.
