Thank you for your comments Mr Bray, at Cruise Nation we pride ourselves on offering a prompt service and have looked into the late delivery of your tickets. It appears that Costa released your Cruise Documents within 48 hours of your Advance Passenger Information being completed and they were immediately forwarded on to you by our Ticketing department. This is considered to be an acceptable turn around. Customer Care Department

Cruise good but spoilt by having to sort out debit card being loaded with 300 dollars. Did not agree with discretionary service charge. Staff should be paid a fair wage by company.
