Thank you for your review. Please accept my apologies that your manometers were lost during the return of them to us. We have made changes to our booking-in process to ensure that units do not get lost when they are received. Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you feel our DPD drop at shop service is complicated. We choose to work with DPD due to the network of over 2500 drop of locations across the UK and easy to use website, to give our customers flexibility on when and where they can drop their analyser off to be sent back for service. Please also accept my apologies for the one-day delay in returning your analyser, unfortunately due to the current circumstances we live in, on the rare occasion DPD are unable to delivery next day.
