We're so disappointed that the service didn't go as smoothly as it should have done. I believe our service administration manager, Steve, has been in touch with you about the points you have raised. We're looking into how this could have been avoided.
Last year I waited nearly 2-3 weeks for my analyser to be calibrate, this year 48 hours! What a turnaround, brilliant service. They even replaced my cracked screen for free, couldnt be happier.
