Thank you for those that intervened to resolve the issue, we now have a visit booked for 14th June, at which we need to conduct a thorough review of the applicable legislation and subsequent health and safety arrangements. Until this visit has been undertaken and the documentation amended I will reserve judgment and hopefully with the focus this issue is receiving it should be resolved.

we were pleased to meet Ann, and she met our expectations of conducting a review of the process and activities that we now have on site. Her work has provided an assurance and demonstrated that the necessary competence is available. The legislation and documents have been updated and this has clearly addressed the situation, so going forward things are set to build and hopefully we will meet Ann again. I would appreciate a reflection/ review on the circumstances that led to the apparent disconnect of our documented arrangements so that we can all learn from this and at the same time assist others that may inadvertently get implicated by similar events.
