Clear and concise advice

Did not get promised call back on day that I spoke to advisor. Eventually spoke to required personnel on the following day and advice was clear and concise and resolved my concerns.

Very helpful

The advisor was very helpful and listened to what I had to say and then gave me very helpful advice, she then followed this by emailing me the correct letter I needed to send to my employee.

Really unhelpful. Expected much more for the price paid and very much in favour of the employee opposed to employer. Felt I'd have had more support from acas!
