I don't use Croner unless I have to so we qualify for indemnity insurance

Thank you for your response, but I just don't see how this can be resolved, I am just disappointed with the service and it is just nowhere near as good as it was in the past. I discussed this at length with you last year, which was when I was given the names of direct contacts for HR employment law queries, which is why I have upped my score from 1 to 2 this year. But these contacts are still not employment law solicitors which is what I was originally promised I would have access to via your salesperson and whilst I know they are very experienced in employment law, they don't seem to be any more qualified than myself. I'm sure your service is great for other companies with different needs, but for our company your current service just does not meet our requirements and is not as was originally sold to us in many ways.
