Excellent HR, bad experience with H&S

I would award all 3 stars to the HR support side of Croner and had we only taken this package out they would have got 5 stars. We also have the H&S package, which we struggled to get a reasonable...

After my initial issues I was contacted by the correct H & S rep for our area. She was very efficient and helpful, she provided us with signs and posters and offered excellent advice. I have amended my rating to 5 stars to reflect this and also as a reflection of Croner acting on my initial feedback.

Technical and Telephony would get 5 stars for me but the service is let down by the consultant. Not replying to my emails and committing to deliver and not doing is frustrating. Still waiting

Poor attention to detail with issue of handbooks

The H&S handbooks were eventually sent through but unfortunately the wrong number were sent through initially. As a result I had to recontact Croner to obtain the additional handbooks which had already been paid for. These were eventually received in good order and the matter has been resolved.

It works after a while

I get results, eventually, after having spoken to many different people. It would be better if I could speak to one person, or if my initial contact could do enquiries
