Well, unfortunately, this still does not seem to be the case, I am still very disappointed and unsatisfied with this service that our company pays a great deal for, and again we are still waiting for answers to questions that we have put forward and still to avail.

I am sorry Dan but I do not believe Croner's take feedback seriously because not even your CEO cared to respond to my e-mail. Will now have to make two payments for a service where I was advised only one payment was needed. Feel totally duped by Croner's, and considering taking things further. Note that Emma has been in contact so will see how far that goes.

After having utilise the Croner service for a while, I can now report that I am enjoying using the service. I now rely on Croner to assist me with all my employment matters and find the employment consultants highly professional and knowledgable and patient. I would now reccommend Croner to anyone that is struggling their HR employment matters and feel it is such a shame that my initial interaction with Croners began so poorly. I am glad that Croners acknowledged this and resloved the matter.
