Terrible Company, READ BEFORE JOINING IT. Despite receiving some good customer service from ONE of their members at the beginning of my contract, I have soon realised that SIX MONTHS before the end of the contract, they auto-renewed it (without giving any notice) and de-prioritise me as a customer, which meant that I had to chase the team several times for basic help as some emails were just ignored, till I just gave up and kept paying until end of contract hoping to be done with them and find a better company that actually keeps providing a decent service, even after securing the payments for the next 18 months. Unfortunately I was wrong, as they are now using the auto-renew clause to threaten legal action and force me to pay for a service they failed to provide and even when I clearly told them I wasn't going to use it way BEFORE the beginning of the new contract, with plenty of notice. I can see from other reviews online that several people have had the same issue, so it seems to be their usual practice. Some in their team also assured me that I could decide what to do at the end of the contract, but it was clearly false as all they want is for you to use their service for 6 months so they milk you for at least 2 years with the absurdly early auto-renew clause. My advice is to fight them in court, as no reasonable option to get out will be offered, despite the fact that they were at fault in the first place for not providing the agreed service while I was still regularly paying.
