Awful service. Awful engraving. Used a lower case letter at the beginning of the name even though I had put a CAPS and then received rude and abrupt replies! I would avoid this company like the plague

Thank you for your feedback, I am really sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience with us and that you were not happy with your engraving. This is certainly not up to our usual level of service. I can see that we have exchanged emails with you and explained that it was engraved in a capital letter it was just the style of font you chose. I am very sorry that you feel like we were rude and abrupt because we would never intend on coming across that way. Please accept my deepest apologies.
