Coversure London East レビュー

Thank you for your lovely review, we will be sure to pass your kind words on to Erdinc.

Thank you for your review, we appreciate all feedback, good or bad so we can monitor our performance, and put in place any improvements we can make to our clients journeys. We are sorry we did not perform to your expectations; I have looked at your file and can see that we wrote to you on numerous occasions by email to remind you that your policy was due and also sent a text reminder closer to the date. We can see you had trouble contacting us from overseas when you were looking to renew your policy as our lines were closed due to staff training (for compliance purposes all our staff have to have a minimum amount of structured training per annum to ensure competency to perform our roles), we contacted you as soon as we received your email and you renewed your policy with us, our director also contacted you personally with an apology and gave you his direct contact details should you have any further issues. We are pleased that you still chose to renew your policy with us even though you were not happy with the service you received, if we can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Thank you for sending 5 stars!
