Coversure London East レビュー

Thank you for your kind review, I will be sure to pass this on to Jay and the team.

Wow, what can we say, thank you so much for your outstanding review. We are delighted with your words and completely agree with you that Priya is very special and certainly makes sure she looks after all her clients, we know we are very lucky to have her.

Thank you for your review, we are delighted you find us very, very good, sorry we couldn't help with Charlie's insurance.

Thank you for taking time to post your rating, I am sorry that you have felt the need to leave only 1 star for service and the product offered. I have taken a look at your file as did not leave any comments and can confirm: We offered you your renewal premium on 19.4.24 via email, and sent you reminders on 1.5.24 & 9.5.24. You contacted us on 14.5.24 advising you did not want to pay our broker fee, and we advised you that were were unable to remove the fee due to our fee structure and the low premium of your policy, despite this, on 15.5.24 you did decide to renew the policy with us. Whilst we always appreciate feedback, good and bad, in this case we do feel that a 1 star rating is unjustified. We do still appreciate your repeat business and if you wish to discuss this further, please do get in touch. Kind regards

Thank you so much, we are delighted with your comments.
