Did not feel I was important
Felt that that were stretched .
When I called normally got answer machine and very seldom got a call back to answer my question .

Doesn't feel real
The whole online process feels somehow incomplete, unofficial or maybe just untrue. Years of using mobiles for social media makes the platform seem unreal.
