I am sorry to hear of the concerns you have had during the course of your claim. Having reviewed your file, I note that your claim was settled in around 3 months. This is very quick. Your damages cheque was sent to you in April and I hope you have now received it. I have to say that is a very short time period in which to settle a claim.
