Sorry to hear you had problems. When the prescription was entered the first time you entered the figures correctly but selected that you wanted them for near not intermediate use. So we fulfilled the order correctly. We replaced the lenses at a heavily discounted cost which we did and sent back. These were received and a second pair were also at the same heavily discounted rate and sent back. This pair are still within the Royal Mail system somewhere, we have reported the delay to them and they are working to find them. We have done all what we can to resolve the issue as easily as possible only to be let down by the post. Sorry for that. So pleased to see they finally arrived, the Royal Mail certainly took their time (over 2 weeks I think) to deliver! Good to hear all is fine with them too. Chris
