Thank you for the feedback. But if we go right back to the beginning to the chats online where we advised not to go for a specific lens and even after over 40+ chat interchanges on this matter the advise wasn't taken, these lenses were returned as expected, but still we changed them again. This seemed to be a pattern as after a further 20+ emails and multiple chats trying to explain lens materials, designs, types and coatings we were still somehow not getting the required information across. We have been patient, professional and have refunded in full and had to throw away multiple pairs of lenses. We have been glazing Lindberg frames for over 15 years and have never experienced issues like this with any of the other pairs we have glazed.
