Hi
I've checked the policy and can see the admin fee was $30 in 2019 and for some reason in 2020 was only $10. I can only assume this was due to a system error. This year the admin fee has reverted back to the correct amount of $30.

I'm sorry to read the multiple back and forth you encountered to receive your renewal documents. It definitely leads to a poor customer experience when it should have been a streamline process on renewal.
I can see multiple renewals have been generated 22/10/2021, 26/11/2021 & 02/12/2021. Tegan is the lady you spoke with 02/12/2021. She added a note regarding the several calls & that she updated the policy with your email address.
