Some what concerned as a customer for over 10 years that I did not get a reminder notice. Service was quick when I realised and requested it.

I've checked the policy and can see renewal terms were sent 23/10/2021, 27/11/2021 & 10/01/2022. Not sure why you didn't receive the 27/11/2021 copy which would have been the reminder.
