Admin cost too high
Service was good.
Only problem was your admin fee was about 37% of the total premium cost. I think that it a bit too rich. I know your a business and need to make money but I think it's too rich.

I had to change insurers as my previous provider was no longer offering this cover. Cash was very helpful and explained the policy clearly.
