Beautiful robe.. quality and warm vibrant berry colour. Lovely Xmas gift for my Mum and not too long for her 5'2 height. May get one for myself!
Yes. They can honour their refund policy and return funds within 14 days, without the need to be chased. So far 1 email and 1 phone call to customer service has not had any success!
