The person I spoke to clearly explained the policy and my queries regarding other policies. This enabled me to make an informed decision regarding the best pet insurance for for my new puppy.
Options identified and delivered to us in both a highly knowledgeable and at the same time friendly attitude. Never made us feel we were a bit "senior"
