Thank you for your feedback and sorry to read in this instance you have left negative feedback in relation to the delivery time.
We have been dispatching our superb range of products for over 16 years and worked with many courier companies.
From my experience they are exceptional and ordinarily orders are with our valued customers within 48 hours (often 24 hours) I believe a massive increase of seasonal orders has been a factor.
Your order was dispatched on Monday 20th December with a delivery date planned for Tuesday 21st December 2021.
I would like to personally apologies that in this instance the delivery around the Christmas period has been slightly delayed.
Hope you have still had a good Christmas and I'm confident that your Disused Chimney Cap will be with you imminently.
I would like to also offer our extended thanks and appreciate to our superb courier services whom of which many businesses wouldn't have been able to survive during the recent pandemic.
They have worked tirelessly to ensure our orders have reached our customers as timely as possible, thank you.

Well thankyou for the comments but ... I have an email (received at 11.37 on Friday 17th December which says "The following order has been dispatched to your delivery address" with my order attached below that statement. Presumably that was not correct? In any case it still had still not arrived by the time they presumably broke up for Xmas on the 24th December. I now have no idea when to expect it.

Although my purchase was not delivered in the timescale suggested (because it had been lost in transit by the courier) the company has now responded promptly after the Christmas break and a replacement has been received. Thankyou for the effort.
I seldom give 5 stars but I nearly did on this occasion. Ordered on a Saturday and delivered on Sunday night. Well packaged. Good instructions and very quick to instal. Looks like it will keep my...
